Duties of Committees

The State Finance Committee:

1. The State Chief Commissioner shall nominate five members with expertise in finance, audit, tax etc. in consultation with the State Executive Committee as members of the State Finance Committee.

2. The State Treasurer shall be the Chairperson and the State Secretary shall be the Secretary of the State Finance Committee.

3. The function of the State Finance Committee shall be to raise funds and to examine and formulate the Budget, the Annual Statement of Accounts and the Balance Sheet and such other financial matters as may be referred to it through the State Chief Commissioner for being placed before the State Executive Committee.
