Observes two types of birds, animals, or insects in her surroundings and records their behavior, habits, and characteristics. |
Draws or takes pictures of the subjects and provides details such as color, shape, and habitat. |
Identifies three plants, flowers, or trees in her locality and describes their appearance and uses. |
Participates in a guided observation activity, such as watching stars, clouds, or weather patterns. |
Presents her findings to the flock in a creative format, such as a scrapbook or poster. |

Story Teller |
Narrates at least two well-known stories with gestures, expressions, and voice modulation to make them interesting. |
Creates and narrates one original story, ensuring it has a clear beginning, middle, and end. |
Reads aloud a short story or fairy tale with proper pronunciation and intonation. |
Explains the moral or lesson of each story in her own words. |

Artist |
Draw with pencil, brush, pen, or crayon an original illustration of any incident or character from a simple story (size not less than 18 cm x 13 cm). |
Do one of the following: |
Using pen and ink or pencil, draw or sketch an animal or a human being. |
Draw from nature a landscape or still-life group. |
Keep a sketchbook for three months and draw at least 12 sketches. |
Illustrate a story using matchstick figures in not less than four pictures. |
Make a simple greeting card using pencil, brush, pen, or crayon. |
Make a model of a human being or an animal (not less than 20 cm in height) using wax, soap, clay, cardboard, or any other suitable material. |
Note: The natural talent of the Bulbul should be encouraged in every way. The spirit and intention of the work are as important as adherence to academic rules. |

Essential Knowledge and Skills |
In Country: Know the nearest police station or thana, dispensary, hospital, village doctor, vaidya or hakim, nearest bus stand, railway station, market, dharamshala or sarai, nearest post and telegraph office, rest house, and veterinary hospital.

In Town: Know the route to the nearest police station, doctor’s residence, chemist’s shop, public telephone, fire alarm, bus stand, railway station, petrol station, motor garage, hotel, post and telegraph office.
